About IDP Student Placement

Our global network of 120 offices helps students from 30 countries to study in Australia, UK, Canada, USA, New Zealand, and Ireland. Our highly trained consultants supports our students to explore their passion in their choice of courses till they onboard their desire university and beyond.

IDP is also a proud co-owner of IELTS (International English Language Testing System), the world’s most popular English language test for work, study and migration.

We are now expanding the team and looking for a high-caliber candidate to join our dynamic Student Placement services team in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide professional and quality counselling service to students/parents who wish to study in Australia / UK / Canada
• Follow up leads and enquiries on student applications and pre-departure issues
• Support marketing activities in education exhibitions, school visits, seminars, and day-to-day operations in promoting overseas education
• Build and establish a strong rapport with parents & students by providing relevant information and assistance as required
• Be the ambassador for both the student and universities, offering all the services which IDP provides
• Achievement oriented and customer service orientation (Service oriented and ability to deliver strong results)

Requirements:

• Australia / UK / Canada graduate or local graduate with study exchange/living/working experience in Australia / UK / Canada, and preferably with at least 1 year working experience in customer service or sales
• Self-motivated and passionate in education services
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to details and providing high quality of work
• Experience in working with CRM system is a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• Fresh graduates are welcome
